The province of Oriental Mindoro warmly opened its doors to all guests and participants of the 1971 Southern Tagalog Athletic Association (STAA) meet. Rummaging through my mother’s old files at home in Calapan, I saw this souvenir program of 329 pages nearly eaten up by termites.
